Orders may be made thru Paypal, by credit card, by check, by phone or by mail.
For easy and secure online payments, we've used PayPal for years. (https://www.paypal.com). PayPal has proven to be 100% safe and they have become the premier way to do fast online transactions. With over 100 million customers, you may already have a PayPal account. If not, you can create one for free or you can use a credit card or check without having to create an actual account.
Please Note: At first, the page looks like you need to have a PayPal account to place an order, but you do not. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Just click the "Buy Now" link below for the item you wish to order and when the PayPal screen comes up look under "Don't have a PayPal account?" and click the "Continue" button. You will be able to pay without having to have a PayPal account. Don't worry, it's safe and secure. But, if you're uncomfortable giving your credit card number over the internet, just contact us directly, any time, and we will be glad to talk to you by phone.
All orders are shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail, 2-3 day delivery (at least that's what they advertise). Unfortunately, the US Post Office doesn't do package tracking but their service has been excellent, they provide perfectly-sized boxes and we like to support our US Government.
Shipping to Canada is fine, at no extra charge (though it costs a few extra bucks and takes a few extra days). However, PayPal doesn't calculate shipping fees to Canada, so here's a work-around. Just note the price of what you wanted to order, then go to your PayPal account and choose <Send Money> to send the funds to our PayPal account (matt@2gethelp.com).
